Consultation Services

We are, as a consultation company, willing to support business activities of foreign companies in East Asia including Japan, willing to help companies or individuals establish venture capital companies and other corporations in the States of Hawaii and/or California and acquire real property in Hawaii to make capital inroads into these States. 1. The Gateway to East Asia:

We have the Allied Network in East Asia (Peking, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Canton, Bangkok and Seoul) and are supporting business activities of foreign companies in this area by furnishing the legal, accounting, tax and business-related information that are indispensable for the business development.

2. Business activities of foreign companies in Japan:

We can furnish you with up-to-date and reliable local information including real property data (such as office buildings) in Tokyo .

We will take procedures for establishing a corporation or filing applications on your behalf.

(3)

We will support your business activities.

Information and management services in connection with operation of such companies after the establishment.
We will render general management services, including but not limited to preparation of monthly/annual accounting reports and supply of management-related information, preparation of documents to be disclosed to the outside such as financial institutions, negotiations with client-employed lawyers, confirmation of contents in accounting or tax documents prepared by certified public accountants, and early settlement of various problems on the site.

We are requested by Osaka Prefecture Government to invite foreign companies to Osaka. They have Incubation Facility near Kansai International Airport. The offices for rent or lease are for the companies from overseas that start or develop their business in Japan.

3. Establishment and operation of corporations:

In Hawaii, we can furnish you with up-to-date and reliable local information including real property data (such as office buildings) and with knowledge about legal, accounting and tax affairs relating to your business.
For example, if you have plans to open an office in Hawaii, we can provide information on unit price of office buildings by location (Waikiki, Downtown, etc.) and by class, which is essential in calculating cost.
In California, we can furnish you with up-to-date and reliable local information centering on real property information (such as office buildings).

4. Acquisition of real property (Hawaii):

Purchase of real property at reasonable price:
Price of real property in Hawaii is reasonable at present mainly by virtue of the crash of a bubble economy in Japan.

Total services ranging from purchase of real property to management:

Clerical services for acquiring real property including preparation of documents;

Management of the real property and accounting services including payment of various expenses;

Tax affairs;

Management of the leased property (including invitation of lessees if the owner wants to lease it); and

Consultation in Japanese with our local staff.
